LJ Fab recently installed a NEW Trumpf TruArc Weld 1000 ! The TruArc is home to a six axis robot that produces repeatable straight & uniform seams with no weld spatter or beads. We recently expanded our material retrieval system by adding (2) additional towers. There are now (8) towers in all housing (176) cassettes which are stocked with a wide variety of metal . Each cassette can hold up to 6,600 pounds for a total capacity over 1 MILLION POUNDS ! “End of the line”…….This “End” will house the BySort system which automates the removal of completed cut parts from the material skeleton optimizing and accelerating our manufacturing process.

The loading and unloading automation for our 10kW & 15kW fiber lasers begins. At the end of the system will be a fully automated part sorting system.
