Not reliable. Mixed results. Been dealing with this company in a commercial property.Dont have time for incompetence.

We use this service in Rockford but will be looking elsewhere. today marks the FOURTH time I have called the office to report that the service worker just "showed up" at our home without an appointment. I had received a message from the office to request I call to make an appointment. However, with company staying with us for the week I had not gotten around to doing this. So they just show up. Today was my fourth call to the office. Today was the fourth time they promised me it will not happen again. This is no way to run a business.

i was with burr pest solutions for a number of years. here is the issues
i had regarding rose pest control..
the inconsistency as far as billing..
i spoke with an agent to reschedule
there service and they came out anyway
they told me i wouldn't be charged but guess what
i was charged anyway. so i called to see
why i was charged for service that i rescheduled for.. there response
was they would listen to the tape.. whether you listen to the the tape or not i have continuously had issues with
there billing and the customer service is by far the worst. i decided to cancel my service and take my business elsewhere..
